odds and ends

Ben Harper’s first solo appearance in Australia was captured on video here. Nice appearance w/Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder on Indifference.

Ryan Adams new album comes out on Tuesday, and I just deleted my copy off my hard drive. I’m definitely buying it on Tuesday, but if you’d like to listen to the tunes, go here.

The Violent Femmes played in Madison last night outside at the Memorial Terrace. It was packed, parking was unable to be found, and it was freezing. Other plans won out, and didn’t make the show, sounded like it was a good time though.

According to Jake, Wilco’s show in La Jolla last night was pretty amazing. I can’t wait till Thursday in Chicago.
