I’m headed to Chicago to see The National tonight. For those of you that missed these when I posted them last year, I am going to re-post their performance on the Black Sessions in France. Grab these while you can, they are amazing. Is anybody else going to the show tonight?

Did you know there’s a problem with “Daughter of the Soho Riots”? Blips and bad things starting 1:18 into the song, messy for at least 5 seconds.
Please let us know if you have a better version of this track. Also, fyi, not sure if you might be able to get 2 extra tracks that may be missing but were played during the session: Cold Girl Fever and Murder Me Rachel (see link: http://radio-france.fr/chaines/france-inter01/emissions/lenoir/archives_details.php?id=25000007&bs=1&ws=1&live=1&mot=&year=2005 )

What a show! Met Matt, Bryan, and Scott after the show too. Very receptive to talking to my friend and I. I was over the moon.
