Last night I watched the Toronto Blue Jays manhandle the Los Angeles Angels. My hotel room at the Renaissance opens up into the Rogers Centre (formerly the Sky Dome), so I have a good 6 more days of watching baseball out my window.

I had every intention of catching the Lovely Feathers last night at the Drake Hotel, but work related stuff got in the way and prevented that from happening. I hope that I can break away tonight and catch Catfish Haven. Both the Lovely Feathers and Catfish Haven are in town taking part in the Over The Top Festival.

Sometimes I don’t know where I stand with Bloc Party, but thanks to Brooklyn Vegan for pointing me to Blog Party who posted the bands recent performance at Coachella. After listening to this (twice) I can definitely say that today, I’m a fan.
