The Cold War Kids stole the show; the energy, the off the wall enthusiasm, the in your face rock ‘n roll. I could watch this band play daily. I seriously had only hear a few of their songs before going into the show, but the second they launched into “We Used To Vacation” I was hooked.
Be the Cold War Kids friend on Myspace.
Tapes ‘N Tapes put on a solid show with the majority of their set coming from their fantastic album, The Loon.

I do agree that Cold War Kids stole the show. Tapes n Tapes was good, but CWK had much more of a stage presence. I guess that is why they sold out of one of their EPs before I could pick it up.

Ted,
I couldn’t agree more. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed the Tapes ‘N Tapes performance, but it lacked the energy/stage presence that CWK had.

Can’t wait for their album. Their two EP’s have grown on me but nothing like their live show. Caught them opening up for Two Gallants a month or so back and have been anticipating this show ever since. I some times forget they’re playing with tapes n tapes.

it seems to be quite unanimous… cold war kids totally trumped the tnt hype.
