A lot of people have been telling me to check out The Thermals, but I didn’t really check them out until I got a chance to read the Pitchfork review yesterday [8.5] and my friend Joe telling me that it’s been kicking his ass all morning. The band hails from Portland, Oregon and is signed to Sub Pop.
