We spent a good amount of time at the Vice Party on Saturday night and into Sunday morning. Chances are that even if you weren’t there, you heard about the collapse/rubble. The night is kind of a blur, thanks to the free whiskey and lone star beer, but my friend just let me know that some entrepreneur is selling your very own piece of SXSW history on eBay…rubble from the Vice Party balcony collapse.
OK, you’ve heard all the stories and you’ve read about it in all the blogs, now here’s your chance to own a piece of SXSW history.
Approximately 2:30am Sunday, March 18th, the annual legendary Vice SXSW after party came to an abrupt end when a large section of the Elks Lodge suddenly collapsed to two stories below. Luckily no one was hurt in this incident, yet performances from Les Savy Fav, Black Lips and others were brought to a halt and the building evacuated.
I’d be surprised if they get more than the $1 they are asking for.

I admit I am no eBay connoisseur, but what the hell does “MEOW HOT” mean?

That’s pretty hilarious. Thanks for making me smile.

Aaron, I have no idea, but I think I’m going to start using it.
