Largehearted Boy pointed me to this interview with Diplo which mentioned “the 16-year-old rapper/singer Rye Rye.”

We checked out Rye Rye’s myspace which currently has less than 30 pageviews and only a handful of friends. The bright spot was the streaming track “Shake It To The Ground,” which we’ve played quite a few times since discovering it.

Reminds me a little of the first time I heard MIA. Anybody want to rip the track and send it to me?
