Country Stars Phil Vassar and Rodney Atkins lead off the concert shows on Thursday Night. Vassar made his name as a songwriter before embarking on his own successful recording career. He has written songs for Collin Raye, Alan Jackson, and Tim McGraw while his own hits include “Just another Day in Paradise” “Last Day of My Life”, and “In a Real Love”. Atkins hits include “Honesty”, “Going Through Hell” and “Watching You”. According to his website, “Rodney understands that country music, the way it ought to be played, isn’t just about life – it is life.” “It’s about what people face every day. That’s what they want to hear in country music. And that’s what I draw on, what brought me here, every time I sing.”

Friday night at the Outagamie County Fair will be for the rockers as Saliva and Crossfade hit the stage. What does it take to turn ordinary rock ‘n’ into some of the best hard music on stage? According to Saliva main man Josey Scott, it’s something called “Kickassness,” a self-explanatory concept that young rockers will flock to Seymour to experience. If you’re a fan of WWE you’ve heard Saliva as their hit single, “Ladies and Gentlemen,” was named the official theme song of WrestleMania 23. Crossfade the formidable platinum-selling rock band will be showcasing their brand new album “Falling Away”, which will be released on Active and Modern Rock stations in June.
