    How about the Super Furries new album? I haven’t heard it yet, but really, do I need to? Don’t we already know it’ll be one of the year’s best, just because it’s from SFA?

    good recommendation, I have the record, but haven’t gotten around to listening to it yet. Perhaps I’ll move it to the top of my list.

    I’d have to say that Ben Harper’s new one is worth a listen as well (as of course is everything he does). The songs aren’t his strongest works individually, but they form a pretty enjoyable, cohesive album on the whole. If you’re looking to put on some laid back, soul-inspired sounds to help ease you into the fall, this is a good choice. Surprised I didn’t see it listed on Tues. Gold… was this on purpose Ryan?
