In the Ever LP will be released, May 20th, 2008. Check it out- you won’t want to miss this one (he’s a lighthouse in a stormy sea of otherwise (mostly) amateur music being produced these days.

Mason Jennings is a little known (had been Indy for so long) artist- and there is nothing wrong with that- ’tis a huge part of his appeal. He is like a secret, that music lovers are slowly, but surely beginning to learn.

Did he do the one about “Your New Man”? I’ve been looking for a recording of that for…sheesh…months now, ever since I did an interview with him at the beginning of the summer. It’s hilarious.

Nice to see some love for Mason… it’s great that he’s got a pretty big fanbase now but he still feels like a secret… I’ve got to agree that seeing him solo is the best…last time he came to Boston he opened for Guster and sadly he went on right on time and I only got to see three songs, luckily one was “soldier boy.”
