Radiohead :: In Rainbows

inrainbows.jpg

Talk of the town today for sure. A couple spins through and have to say that it’s a pretty enjoyable listen, Thom sounds great. Time to repeat and let it sink in. Check out Pitchfork’s Guide to Radiohead’s In Rainbows for a lot of great behind the scenes info on the songs.

Favorite tracks so far? Love or hate it? To soon to tell? How much did you pay? Lots of questions, leave your answers/thoughts in the comments.

Don’t have it yet, decided it’s worth $80, head over to In Rainbows.

    I have to say I’m pleasantly surprised with the quality of an album that, frankly, didn’t have to be great. Because, on first listen, it’s pretty great. We did a couple little pieces on it over at our place.

    I’d have to agree with you guys on “All I Need” and “House of Cards” – my current favorites. Man, I’ve listened to this album ALL day.

    Is that artwork official?

    Doesn’t “House of Cards” sound kinda like the first 30 seconds of “Waiting on a Friend” by the Rolling Stones?

    Outstanding album – this whole process has been amazing

    I noticed when I loaded the album on my ipod it listed radiohead three times – sort of in the same motif as the cover art. did anyone else notice this?

    Mine did that on my iPod as well! I thought I just uploaded it wrong. Weird…
