Video: Daft Punk – “Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger”

Seeing Daft Punk on the first day of this year’s Lollapalooza festival remains one of my favorite memories of the now passed summer.

I’m sure this video has made it to all ends of the internet by now, but I wanted to post it here in the event you hadn’t seen it, or in case you were not aware that their upcoming live album, Alive comes out on November 20th.

Here is the first single “Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger” in video form, directed by Olivier Gondry, and features footage from 250 cameras captured by fans.

so are they releasing a dvd of the entire show using this audience shot footage later? cool video for the single and can’t wait to pick up the album, but man, does this have the potential to be the most disorienting and overwhelming concert doc in history.

Stellar! I’ve been listening to the mp3 of their Coachella 2006 set for a few months, and it’s great to pick up on the small tweaks they put into just this one track. I’m going to have to block out several hours of my Thanksgiving weekend to handle “Alive 2007.”
