Stereogum points to this Sun-Times piece announcing headliners for the 2008 Chicago extravaganza as Radiohead, Nine Inch Nails, Rage Against The Machine, The Raconteurs, Wilco, Kanye West. No Surprises on those first two really, but the gum also dropped their knowledge on who else they’ve got the inside track on performing including: Grizzly Bear, Gnarls Barkley, The Black Keys, Broken Social Scene, Mates Of State, Bloc Party, Cat Power, Stephen Malkmus, Girl Talk, Kid Sister, The Cool Kids, Battles, The Go! Team, Jamie Lidell, etc.
The official Lollapalooza linup will be revealed on Monday, April 7th. The festival runs August 1-3 in Chicago, IL. We’re in for sure, who else?

Fer sure! Just a fifteen minute el ride downtown for me. I’d have to be some kind of a-hole to miss this show.
The lineup is stellar with more to come. Let’s hope Broken Social Scene doesn’t get the screwjob on their set this time. I swear I still think about their 2006 performance once a week. Let’s also hope that Radiohead, NIN, and RatM are not playing concurrently. Come on, Lolla, don’t screw this up.
