From The Crowd shares some our favorite past concert moments captured in video (albeit sometimes shakey and out of focus). Unlike some of our other scheduled features, these videos will be posted sporadically. Chances are you may have been in the audience, if so, please feel free to leave your remembrances in the comments.
What a gift we got last month with two Wisconsin stops by Jens Lekman. A few people mingled around Music Hall after Jens performance in Madison and an impromptu four song set was the reward. For those not in attendance, here’s a peek at what you missed:
Jens Lekman – “A Higher Power”
MP3: Jens Lekman – ” The Opposite of Hallelujah”
MP3: Jens Lekman – “Friday Night at the Drive-In Bingo”

I really wish I could have stayed. Alas, my body began shutting down from the sickness I was under. Next time……

Jens is really great and fan accessible. I got to meet him after a show at the Mohawk at SXSW. He stuck around and was talking to fans. I have rarely seen an artist at SXSW do that. It makes me enjoy his music so much more, knowing I’m supporting a nice guy.
