Yesterday marked the release of The Notwist’s The Devil, You + Me on Domino Records. Thanks to Andy for reminding me just how criminal it would be to overlook this release. Everyone who became enraptured with the group with the 2002′s Neon Golden have had some time to wait for a follow up. Now that it’s here, I think it’s easy to say that the wait was worth it.

Uh, Bob, you are an idiot. This album is incredible, and if you even remotely like this band, you would have nothing but good things to say about it. I have listened to it for months and it still is enduring. You are a cynical douche bag.
