There was a unified sigh when Lee “Scratch” Perry postponed his show in Madison earlier this month. Now, we’ve got a little less than a month to see what happens when/if he takes the stage at the Majestic on Monday, August 25th.
Everyone enjoyed the Pitchfork video featuring Mr. Perry and producer Andrew WK talking about Perry’s upcoming record Repentance, due to drop August 19th. My copy arrived right before last weekend and boy did it provide quite the soundtrack to my annual gathering of high school and college friends.
