Have you had a chance to listen to the new Fujiya & Miyagi record Lightbulbs? It’s easy for us to be excited for this record, considering we liked Transparent Things and found them to be highly enjoyable live at Pitckfork a few summers ago.

Long time reader, first time commenter. This CD is on the “to buy” list and who couldn’t use a free t-shirt too? Totally dig F&M and echo the sentiment that they need a tour stop in Wisconsin (preferably MKE!).

I really enjoyed their first album, and am a little worried that this will just be rehash of the first album from what I have heard. I would really love to be proven wrong by getting a copy of it to peruse.

I saw F&M open for Peter, Bjorn & John (and totally overshadow them) at First Ave in Mpls. Their CD was in heavy rotation in my old-skool 6-disc car CD changer for a long time. Maybe it’s time to get a new one to spin?
