Another day, another Wilco post! With LP7 underway, Wilco have used recent shows to debut material that may appear on the upcoming record. We already watched Jeff perform a new song in Spain, and there’s that version of “One Wing” floating around out there as well.
In between trading versions of “Jesus, Etc” with Norah Jones at last weekend’s Bridge School Benefit in Mountain View, California, Wilco found a spot in their abbreviated set list each day to offer up a new song. That’s right, two new tunes below!
Thanks to our good friends at Via Chicago for the info and the songs! Madison fans don’t forget that Wilco will be in town on Saturday for a special Concert For Change. Hopefully we’ll hear some new material from them while they’re in town. Who’s going?

Nels Cline indicates that the demos for the new record are finished and now it is on to the studio in Chicago (”The Loft”) to polish it up. Says “there is an embarrassment of riches” and it will be hard to pare down the final product.

Thanks for the tunes. I would see them on Saturday, but I’ve already got tickets for Margot & the Nuclear So-and-so’s in Milwaukee, so I’m going to wait until they do a proper tour again and see them full band.

I have been searched for Wilco’s set list since sunday morning after saturday nights show at shoreline. Thank you awesome wilco fans!! The new songs esp saturdays, has such a classic sound. Im looking foward to the album!

Does anyone know what the playlist was for the Wilco performance at the Bridge School concert Saturday night?
I have never heard of Wilco but man was i impressed.
I was hoping to create a playlist for my iPod.

I really loved the new song and have been singing it all week and just when I find it, I don’t get to hear it…so disappointed…I want to hear it right now and now will have t wait for the album. It was so great!
