The Low Anthem and their album Oh My God, Charlie Darwin aren’t exactly new kids on the block. However, their record was just picked up by Nonesuch and is on it’s way to a re-release which should garner it considerable attention going forward.

The band’s chameleon sound takes them from channeling Tom Waits on some tracks (“The Horizon Is A Beltway”) to songs that would feel right at home on a Fleet Foxes record (“Charlie Darwin”).
