Wow…5 nights of Art Brut at Schuba’s?! Nice.

I second the motion on the Art Brut shows. Anyone in Chicago should seriously consider hitting these up. A friend of mine spent all 5 nites with them last week in NY and had nothing but great things to say.
Tonite, U.S. Royalty is the opener – from the sounds of it, they are on their way to something bigger.
Anyone want to carpool there from MSN?

Gaslight Anthem/Murder by Death?!
Awesome!
Last time I saw MbD they absolutely killed at the High Noon Saloon.

Sorry, meant The Annex.
Which I thought was the perfect venue for them, but I could see High Noon being pretty fitting as well.

As well as Turner Hall!
Actually, especially Turner Hall.
Anyway, I’ll be there.
The end.
Also, show in Point you might want to check out if you’re free -
June 13th – $5 – The Afterdark – Sega Genocide, Terminated Television, Stormstrike, Keith Moon Ketamine Extravaganza, and my personal pick for best wisconsin band/best live band – Tenement.
Tenement alone, even though they put on short sets, is well worth the always low admission price.
