All tiny creatures brought a captivating sound so much larger than I could have anticipated, having only heard a few tracks online. Juniper Tar also blew me away with their beautiful harmonies and all around strong stage presence. Megafaun was fantastic. Aside from playing beautifully, the band gave one of the best live performances Ive seen in a while, truly engaging with the audience in a way few bands can. Particularly enjoyed the beautiful surprise acoustic number. I really look forward to seeing them again. Fantastic show on all levels. I'd heard a lot about them and they definitely lived up the hype. Those Juniper Tar dudes can sing! I hadn't heard of them beforehand, and it was an enjoyable set throughout. The seven minute breakdown at the end of the set might have been pushing it just a bit, but no matter. I cut out after Juniper Tar, originally intending to head over to the Majestic to try and catch Davilla 666. But I figured that I was too late and called it a night instead.
