Few records have been played more this year than the Low Anthem’s Oh My God, Charlie Darwin. It’s an album that I continue to turn to after countless listens now about a year after first hearing it. Love the Low Anthem. I saw them at the Newport Folk fest last summer and, wow, they were good. Such heart! I love the instrument switching–including some cell phone sound effects!–throughout their set.
