I got my first listen to Nathaniel Rateliff earlier this year when he came through Milwaukee supporting Mason Jennings. Rateliff’s new (and gorgeous) album, In Memory of Loss will be released digitally next week with physical copies arriving May 4th. Our friends at Yours Truly posted a great version of “Boil & Fight” from a Texas backyard.

Milwaukee music fans have a couple of chances to catch Nathaniel Rateliff in concert. First, at Daytrotter’s Barnstorming tour stop at Turner Hall Ballroom next Wednesday (with Ra Ra Riot, Delta Spirit, & Free Energy) and next month opening for Tallest Man On Earth at the Pabst.
