I was thrilled to hear their gorgeous forthcoming album, Magic Central, will be released September 28th on Home Tapes. Mark those calendars please!

I’m still bummed I missed these guys a few weeks ago, though the photo attached to this post more than cheers me up. Ingenious.

Love, love, love this band! I’m really looking forward to their new release, but want everyone to check out their previous CD, Ghost Glacier, too- brilliant stuff.

Very few groups combine sincerity with humor as well as these guys. They’ve always reminded me of Smog/Bill Callahan but with a slightly folkier and warmer vibe.

Best band photo of them yet! Captures their playfulness very well. Kudos to the creator.
