    Athlete is a UK band that I absolutely LOVE - they’re playing the Shattuck Auditorium in Waukesha on April 7th.

    Unfortunately, its an opening gig for a crappy pseudo-Christian positive punk outfit “Switchfoot”. Oh well, I guess I’ll have to leave early.

    Anyway, I seem to be having a very hard time finding info on how to buy tickets. If anyone out in the Brookfield/Waukesha/Burbs area knows anything, please e-mail me at andyscho@yahoo.com.

    Alverno College and Milwaukee folks–the 17 Hippies are great! They have played the Willy Street Fair 2 years in a row and they are high energy, big fun! Sort of Gogol Bordelloish/Berlin Cafe music with a touch of big band. And there are 17–or close to it. They play every kind of music and instrument.

    Go if you can.
