Cotton Jones readies their new album, Tall Hours In The Glowstream (Aug 24th, Suicide Squeeze), which, if the debut track “Glorylight and Christie” is any indication, should be fantastic. It’s a song soaked in summer, and the album art reinforces that. Take a listen.

For two consecutive days I found myself packed in a conversion van driven way too fast by a Peruvian madman, hugging the cliffs through the Andes en route to Machu Picchu. My fear of heights rejuvenated, and an iPod that worked only intermittently, I found time to spin a lot of records that I needed to attend to. What stuck out? Human Highway’s Moody Motorcycle is one of the best things I heard on my trip. Check em out below.
